Wishing to expand their core business into the wireless space, Comcast decided to roll out a new wireless internet service in markets across the country. They turned to CMG Partners to provide support developing and executing a go-to-market plan that would drive awareness of their brand in this new space while at the same time rapidly activating the sales process.

Our team created a plan establishing a firm positioning that informed all facets of the launch, from message development to the managing of creative resources for the business website. Once the rollout reached a national scale, we were able to help Comcast shift their focus from go-to-market to growing and managing their new business, with a focus on sales, churn management, customer experience, pricing and product evolution.

Together, Comcast and our team managed a market-by-market rollout across 25+ cities across the US, with research showing product awareness doubling in the launch markets after just eight weeks. In addition, a pricing pilot led by our team in a major US market resulted in an 87% increase in sales activations in just over two months.
