Through the use of tactical rewards and benefits, Sprint was getting encouraging results from an experimental loyalty program. However, the program was in need of a strategic vision and long-term direction. CMG Partners was brought in to develop a long-term customer loyalty plan to guide new program tactics while leveraging the program already in place.

After a rigorous analysis of the current subscriber base, competitor offers and best-in-class approaches, our team identified the best enterprise-wide opportunities to strengthen the existing loyalty program. This became the foundation for an overall strategic framework for a long-term customer loyalty program. Working closely with the Sprint team, we implemented a plan that would stimulate growth while removing the obstacles and limitations found in the original pilot program.

With an in-depth roadmap detailing everything from loyalty program inclusion requirements to delivery methods and primary campaign messaging, we were able to provide the loyalty management team with a comprehensive vision for igniting customer loyalty and the tools needed to see it through.
