Marketing ProductivityComcastKnowing they would need to centralize their marketing efforts to remain competitive with smaller, more nimble competitors, Comcast asked CMG Partners to develop a plan to get promotions to market more effectively while delivering a more coordinated customer experience.We first worked with primary stakeholders to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the existing process. We then searched for alternative approaches, new ideas and ways to integrate best practices into their current approach. Combining the best of their existing process with insightful new thinking, we were able to define, implement and provide the support needed to gain organizational buy-in for their new productivity plan. Armed with a clear operating cadence to address their marketing organizational issues, Comcast saw an immediate improvement in their marketing efficiency. In fact, the first promotional campaign launched post-implementation was measured to be the most efficient in Comcast history. |
