As part of an overall strategy to reduce costs by shifting their business from higher cost channels to the web, CLEAR asked CMG Partners to identify and implement a strategy to improve website conversion for new customers.

By analyzing how people were using the website, we were able to find out where consumers were being dropped in the conversion process and learn how the buying process could be improved.

After providing a complete site analysis and a comprehensive prioritized list of improvements to CLEAR, we then stayed on board to help implement our recommendations and set up a testing environment for ongoing optimization. As a result of our plan, CLEAR saw a 133% growth in sales through their web channel within eight months of the review.
