Senior Consultant

Enthusiastic, collaborative, creative, passionate—all fitting adjectives to describe Tracy in her 15 years of consumer marketing. Tracy’s extensive client background includes working with a variety of clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Tracy has created value for her clients in projects that have ranged from developing comprehensive strategies for growth; to market segmentation; to test-market management and national launch leadership; to brand repositioning. Tracy’s ability to find the gem in the rough of consumer insights has benefited her clients for many years.

Prior to consulting, Tracy spent nearly 10 years working in various brand management leadership roles at the Campbell Soup Company. A primary focus of Tracy’s tenure was driving growth through new business development. Tracy led the team that launched Campbell’s Convenience Platform which included new products Soup at Hand and Chunky and Select Microwavable To Go Bowls. In addition, prior to leaving, she championed Campbell’s Wellness Platform through the use of proprietary technology.

Tracy began her career as a C.P.A. and finance professional. She holds a B.S. in accountancy from Villanova University. In addition she graduated with an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
