Fascinated with finding the “why?” behind the “what”, Nicolina is a market research professional who brings a unique balance of left and right brain thinking to strategy development, campaign measurement, market opportunity assessment and exploratory deep-dives.

Prior to joining CMG Partners (CMGP), Nicolina served as a brand intelligence manager at JWT where she designed, managed and executed qualitative and quantitative research to arm clients such as Microsoft, Rolex and Cadbury Adams with valuable brand insights and market intelligence. Additionally, she managed JWT's syndicated data sources, including MRI and BrandZ, providing clients with relevant discoveries and actionable business recommendations. Nicolina has also served as the senior market analyst for DeBeers Group Marketing.

Nicolina has a B.A. in accounting and marketing from the University of Richmond.
