He is currently deeply involved in an array of logistics services located in the northern Canadian port of Prince Rupert, British Columbia. This project has involved establishing a partnership with the local port authority to provide customs services and acquisition and growth of a local freight handing operation serving leading North American shippers. The business platform continues to expand at the Port of Prince Rupert, and is currently evaluating other West Coast ports for growth opportunities. Matt brings from leadership experience from his positions with the Boston Consulting Group, where he led the Toronto office, and the Canada Consulting Group, a regional boutique firm specializing in industrial and consumer goods. A founder of Intelevision, Mark is currently working with the technology that provides viewers with the ability to create programming preferences for a more personal viewing experience. He is also co-founder of Qpass, a multimedia electronic payment technology that specializes in the mobile sector. Mark management experience in the marketing and advertising realm, with former roles Ogilvy & Mather, Cole & Weber, and Publicis Worldwide. Valerie ZeithamlProfessor of MarketingKenan-Flagler Business School UNC-Chapel Hill Valerie is an internationally recognized author, teacher and pioneer in the field of services marketing. She has devoted over two decades to researching, consulting and teaching service quality, services management and customer equity. One of her more noteworthy works is SERVQUAL, a scale she developed to measure service quality from the customers’ perspective that has been instituted by more than 200 firms. |
